How we handle your details on the Storify waitlist.

Storify is not open to the public yet. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist so we can tell you when we launch. This notice covers what we collect for that, and nothing more — the full privacy policy for the app will be published when Storify opens.
Storify is a product of Heirlooms Lab Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (registered office: 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom), which is the data controller for the details you give us here. Questions? Write to privacy@heirloomslab.com.
01 What we collect
The only personal data we collect on this site is the email address you enter into the waitlist form, so we can notify you when Storify launches. As with any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers also process standard technical data (such as your IP address and basic request information) needed to serve the page securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies here.
02 Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your email address solely to contact you about the Storify launch and closely related updates. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see your rights below.
03 Who processes it
Supabase
Stores the waitlist — the email addresses submitted through the form.
Cloudflare
Hosts and delivers this website.
Where any provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
04 How long we keep it
We keep your email until Storify launches and we have let you know, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you go on to use the app after launch, your data will then be governed by the full app privacy policy published at that time.
05 Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, or object to its use, and you can lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To remove yourself from the waitlist or exercise any of these rights, email privacy@heirloomslab.com and we will act on it.
06 Changes
This is a pre-launch notice and may be updated as we approach launch. The full Storify privacy policy will replace it when the app opens. Storify is not directed to children; please do not join the waitlist if you are under 16.

01 Quali dati raccogliamo
L’unico dato personale che raccogliamo su questo sito è l’indirizzo email che inserisci nel modulo della lista d’attesa, per poterti avvisare quando Storify verrà lanciato. Come per qualsiasi sito, i nostri fornitori di hosting e infrastruttura trattano anche dati tecnici standard (come l’indirizzo IP e informazioni di base sulla richiesta) necessari a servire la pagina in modo sicuro. Non usiamo qui cookie pubblicitari o di tracciamento.
02 Perché li usiamo, e la base giuridica
Usiamo il tuo indirizzo email unicamente per contattarti riguardo al lancio di Storify e ad aggiornamenti strettamente collegati. La base giuridica è il tuo consenso, prestato al momento dell’invio del modulo. Puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento — vedi i tuoi diritti più sotto.

Quando un fornitore tratta dati al di fuori del Regno Unito/SEE, ci basiamo su garanzie adeguate come le Clausole Contrattuali Standard.
04 Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
Conserviamo la tua email fino al lancio di Storify e all’avviso che ti avremo inviato, o finché non ci chiedi di rimuoverla — a seconda di cosa avviene prima. Se dopo il lancio userai l’app, i tuoi dati saranno allora regolati dall’informativa completa dell’app pubblicata in quel momento.
05 I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi del GDPR del Regno Unito puoi chiedere di accedere, rettificare o cancellare i tuoi dati, revocare il consenso o opporti al loro uso, e puoi proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo competente. Questa è un’informativa pre-lancio e può essere aggiornata man mano che ci avviciniamo al lancio. L’informativa completa di Storify la sostituirà quando l’app aprirà. Storify non è rivolto ai minori; non iscriverti alla lista d’attesa se hai meno di 16 anni.
